The IRS has recently produced a new 14 minute video entitled "Selling or Refinancing When There is an IRS Lien."
It describes how to request a lien subordination and a lien discharge. Click Here to view it.
If you are presenting deeds for recording, the NDCC statement of consideration exemption code numbers have changed.
Correct any deed forms or stamps to reflect the NDCC code change. These exemptions are now listed under 11.18.02.2(7) rather than (6).
